Thermal Application Engineer

Job Description:

Ennovi is seeking a highly skilled Thermal Application Engineer with experience in thermal management systems for EV battery packs and energy systems. The candidate will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and optimizing thermal management solutions to ensure the performance, safety, and longevity of energy storage products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement thermal management strategies for EV battery packs and energy systems.
• Conduct thermal analysis and simulations to optimize cooling and heat dissipation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in design, testing, and validation of thermal systems.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards for thermal safety and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve thermal issues in energy storage systems and provide recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in thermal management engineering, particularly in EV battery packs and energy systems.
• Proficiency in thermal simulation software (e.g., ANSYS, CFD tools).

Experience:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in thermal management for energy systems or related products.
